What is the POPIA Check assessment?

Does the report certify POPIA compliance?
No. It records self-reported controls and possible gaps. Answers are not independently verified, and the score is not a legal compliance percentage, certification or legal opinion.
What does the free report include?
An executive brief, eight section scores, priority actions, all 40 responses and a suggested 90-day starting plan. You can download the PDF and receive it by email without purchasing a report.
Will my report automatically go to Lawbella?
No. Review your results first, select the available legal contact and explicitly authorise sharing. Only then is your full assessment and contact information emailed to that person for a discussion.
Can a website scan check my whole business?
No. A public scan can identify visible signals and evidence from a limited set of pages. It cannot verify your internal controls, lawful grounds, contracts, staff practices or complete legal compliance.
